our body have 2 type of fat.

1- body fat (why you're getting *chubby there and there*)
2- Visceral fat (fat around our organ.)nickname *silent killer*

1- BODYFAT : can be removed by exercise.

2- VISCERAL FAT : abdominal fat, is a type of body fat that exists in the abdomen, surrounding the internal organs. Everyone has some of this type of fat, but those who are sedentary, chronically stressed, or eat in an unhealthy manner tend to develop more than others. It's not as visible as subcutaneous fat, which builds up under the skin, but it is generally considered be more a threat to health than other types of fat. Excessive deposits of visceral fat are associated with cardiovascular disease, types 2 diabetes, and increased blood pressure, among other things. It is possible to lose it, but not with spot exercises, like sit ups or crunches.

Causes of Development

People gain abdominal fat for a variety of reasons. Eating lots of high fat or high sugar food contributes, as does physical inactivity. Not exercising for long periods of time often leads to a cumulative effect in which people gain more abdominal fat quicker over time, but a little exercise can greatly inhibit its development. Lifestyle factors, like not getting enough sleep or being stressed also increase the chances of developing this type of fat. Some studies show that people who routinely experience discrimination or harassment are prone to develop deposits of this fat.

1- LEMAK BAWAH KULIT : lemak yang menyebabkan badan nmpak lebar. boleh dibuang melalui senaman.

2- LEMAK KELILING ORGAN : lemak di bahagian organ, adalah jenis lemak badan yang wujud di dalam abdomen, yang mengelilingi organ-organ dalaman.Setiap orang mempunyai beberapa jenis ini lemak, tetapi orang-orang yang berBADAN BESAR, berPERUT BUNCIT dan MAKAN secara TIDAK SIHAT cenderung besar dalam mengidap penyakit berELUARGA ini : KENCING MANIS-DARAH TINGGI-SAKIT JANTUNG-OBESITI-BUAH PINGGANG~.~
ianya bukan dpt dilihat seperti lemak yang tebna bawah kulit, tetapi lemak keliling organ secara umumnya dikenali sebagai ANCAMAN pada KESIHATAN berbanding lemah bawah kulit.

p/s : berhati-hati walaupun anda bertubuh kecil, peratus anda menghidap lemak dalam darah juga tinggi jika tidak menjaga keseimbangan makan~
